How do I know a certification applies to the product I am buying?
A certificate should never be used to represent every product.

How do you review requirements for U.S., Canadian or Australian projects?
There is no single specification that fits every project or every location.
Requirements depend on the country, state/province, building type, climate, wind exposure and project specifications. DTOP reviews the project requirements first and then recommends suitable product configurations and available supporting documentation.
For example, U.S. projects commonly evaluate thermal performance such as U-factor and SHGC; Canadian specifications can reference NAFS and Canadian supplements; and Australian NCC provisions reference AS 2047 for applicable external windows and framed glazed doors.
How can I compare product performance with my project requirements?

DTOP can review your window and door schedules, drawings, opening sizes, handing and configurations before production. Final dimensions and specifications are confirmed before manufacturing begins.
How long will manufacturing and shipping take?
There is no reliable one-size-fits-all lead time for a custom project.
Production time depends on product type, quantity, customization, glass, hardware and final drawing approval. Shipping time also depends on destination and logistics arrangements.
Once your project details are confirmed, DTOP can provide a project-specific production and delivery schedule.
Will the final price change after I place an order?
A low initial price is not useful if important specifications were left out of the quotation.
To prepare a more accurate quote, DTOP recommends confirming key information such as dimensions, quantity, glass, frame finish, hardware, opening type, performance requirements and delivery destination before order confirmation.
Any changes to the agreed specifications should be identified and confirmed before production.
What should I send you to get an accurate quote?

What checks are carried out before my order is shipped?
The best time to find a problem is before the container leaves the factory.
DTOP carries out pre-shipment checks based on the product and project, including key dimensions, appearance, glass configuration, hardware operation, opening function and packaging condition.
Customers can also request project photos, videos or relevant inspection information before shipment.
How are glass and frames protected during international shipping?
International shipping is very different from local delivery, so packaging matters.
DTOP prepares windows and doors for export transportation with protective packaging suited to the product and shipment. Packaging condition can also be checked before loading.
For large doors, oversized glass or complex project orders, packaging and loading arrangements can be discussed before shipment.
What support is available after delivery?
Overseas purchasing should not end when the payment is completed.
DTOP provides project coordination and after-sales communication from quotation and drawing confirmation through production and shipment. We also have showrooms and local partners in markets including the United States, Canada and Australia to support customers closer to their projects.
