Reengineer the process: Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing production process. Through the informatization system, monitor production progress in real – time and promptly identify and solve problems in production.
Strengthen technology research and development: Increase investment in the research and development of door and window production technologies. Cooperate with scientific research institutions and universities to develop new production processes, product styles, and functions, improving product added value and market competitiveness. For example, develop new door and window materials and structures with better heat – insulation and sound – insulation performance. Strengthening technology research and development keeps products at the forefront of the market. Customers are naturally more attracted to new technical products, winning more attention.
Improve supply chain management
Optimize supplier management: Establish stable supplier partnerships. Conduct strict evaluations and screenings of suppliers to ensure the quality and supply stability of raw materials. Sign long – term cooperation agreements with high – quality suppliers, strive for more favorable purchase prices and payment terms, and reduce procurement costs. Optimizing the supply chain also allows employees to communicate with multiple factories, stabilize cooperation with suppliers, and gain the initiative.
Establish an inventory management system: Adopt advanced inventory management methods, such as the ABC classification method and the economic order quantity model, to reasonably control raw material and finished – product inventories, reducing inventory backlogs and capital occupation. Through the inventory management system, keep track of inventory dynamics in real – time and achieve accurate replenishment. Establish an effective classification method.
Strengthen logistics and distribution management: Cooperate with professional logistics companies to optimize the logistics and distribution process, ensuring that raw materials are promptly supplied to the factory and finished products can be quickly and accurately delivered to customers. Reasonably plan logistics routes to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency. Cooperate with fast – logistics companies to enable them to carry out distribution and transportation as soon as possible and deliver within the agreed time period.
