Installation of the Door Frame

Installation of the Door Panels
Install the pulley assembly: Install the pulley assembly at the top and bottom edges of each door panel according to the requirements of the product instruction manual. The installation of the pulley assembly should be firm to ensure that the pulleys can slide smoothly on the track. After installation, check whether the pulleys rotate flexibly. If there is any 卡顿 (sticking) phenomenon, it is necessary to adjust or replace the pulleys in a timely manner.
Install the door panels: Put the door panels with the pulley assembly installed into the tracks of the door frame one by one. When putting in the door panels, pay attention to the direction and order of the door panels to ensure that the gaps between the door panels are uniform.
Adjust the position of the door panels: After the door panels are installed, use tools such as a screwdriver and wrench to fine-tune the position of the door panels. Adjust the height, levelness, and verticality of the door panels to make the gaps between the door panels and the door frame uniform, and ensure that the door panels can be folded and unfolded smoothly. At the same time, check whether the connection between the door panels is tight. If the gap is too large or too small, it is necessary to make adjustments.
Installation of Hardware Accessories
Install the door handle: Select an appropriate installation position for the door handle according to the design and usage habits of the folding door. Use a screwdriver to fix the door handle to the door panel to ensure that the door handle is firmly installed and can be used flexibly.
Install the lock: Select an appropriate lock for installation according to the type of the door and the safety requirements. Generally, folding doors can be installed with locks such as mortise locks and lever handle locks. When installing the lock, operate according to the installation instruction manual of the lock to ensure that the installation position of the lock is accurate and the lock core can work properly.
Install other accessories: According to the need, other hardware accessories such as door stops and door closers can also be installed. Debugging and Sealing
Debug the folding door: After the installation is completed, conduct a comprehensive debug of the folding door. Fold and unfold the door panels repeatedly to check whether the movement of the door panels is smooth, and whether there are any sticking, abnormal noise, or collision phenomena.
