This project serves a business park complex in Austin’s Barton Creek area, covering the main office building, public entrance, and conference facilities. The project focused on improving natural daylight, indoor comfort, entrance circulation, and the overall architectural image. Thermally broken aluminum systems, Low-E insulated glass, large glass façades, and high-performance sealing solutions were incorporated to create bright and transparent spaces while improving energy efficiency, acoustic comfort, weather protection, and long-term durability.
