The hotel is located within Dubai Marina’s dense waterfront skyline and required a modern, refined, and recognizable façade. At the same time, extensive glazing could increase solar heat and glare, placing pressure on the cooling system. High-selectivity solar-control glass reduces infrared heat while preserving visible daylight. Insulated aluminum frames, airtight seals, and dust-resistant details further reduce hot-air and sand infiltration. A customized glazed vestibule and commercial entrance system improve circulation while creating a buffer between the exterior and the air-conditioned lobby.
