The hotel benefits from exceptional harbor views, and the client wanted the systems to minimize visual obstruction and strengthen the relationship between interior spaces and terraces. The restaurant and lounge also required wider openings during pleasant weather. Large slim-frame picture windows and multi-panel folding doors were installed. When opened, the folding panels stack to one side and create a wide passage. When closed, they form a complete glazed façade that supports views, acoustic comfort, and weather protection. High-performance glazing, weather-resistant finishes, and refined sealing meet the combined aesthetic and performance expectations of a luxury hotel.
