The hotel benefits from city and harbor views, but the original systems required improvements in insulation, sealing, and noise control. The client wanted to preserve the boutique design while creating a quieter, warmer, and more energy-efficient environment. Slim thermal-break frames, insulated Low-E glazing, and highly sealed balcony doors were selected. Fixed and operable windows were configured according to room functions to balance views and natural ventilation. Coordinated dark framing complements the modern façade while reducing winter heat loss and surrounding waterfront noise.
